3 tier tower of the days freshest selection of our raw bar.

Sautéed escargot in a roquefort cheese, garlic and pernod wine sauce.

Little neck clams steamed in a beer, wine &  butter broth.

Little neck clams baked with butter, bacon & herbs.

 

Meat & Poultry

Our beef is very special!  We searched the country for the best beef available

and proudly serve all Natural Brandt Beef raised in California.  We chose

this beef for you because it is consistently tender and tastes better!  As an

added benefit, our beef is raised without hormones, steroids, sub-therapeutic

antibiotics or growth promoters, as well as being fed an all vegetarian diet.

 

*18 oz.  ”Cowboy Cut” Rib Eye $36.

A nice thick “BIG” steak, with the bone left in for extra flavor.,

served with potato gratin & veggies.

 

*14 oz.  New York Strip $33.

Tender, boneless, served with a rich beef glaze,

served with mashed potatoes & veggies.

 

 *10 oz. New York Strip “Ladies Cut” $26.

For the smaller appetite, boneless, rich beef glaze

& served with mashed potatoes & veggies.

 

*Filet Mignon $34.

10oz. beef tenderloin served with mashed potatoes & veggies.

 

*Surf & Turf - Petite Filet & Lobster Tail $32.

Natural beef tenderloin prepared to your liking, 

served with a lobster tail, mashed potatoes & veggies

choice of  green peppercorn cognac sauce, béarnaise sauce

or gorgonzola cream sauce is offered with all steaks.

 

Organic Free Range Stuffed Roasted Chicken $24.

Stuffed with baby spinach, aged prosciutto

& served with truffle mashed potatoes & truffle jus.    

 

Duck Breast with Cherry Cranberry Compote $26.

Sliced duck with parsnip puree, green beans & apple confit.

asparagus &served in a

 lemon thyme cream sauce.
